A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the outside provider that supplies the results. Chester County Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those search entries on its own servers. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message and use it to respond.

Our host records routine technical logs such as an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review that information in aggregate for site operation and to understand which material is useful. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, where relevant, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
Limited data is used to operate and troubleshoot the site, measure traffic, and improve the reference material. We do not create visitor profiles or sell lists of visitors.

The official research reviewed for this project did not identify a comprehensive Pennsylvania consumer-privacy statute that gives every resident a single statewide deletion right. Because we keep very little, a request usually consists of checking the contact mailbox and server logs, then removing what is found. Use the Contact page to make that request. Government records are outside our control: Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101–67.3104, concerns access to covered agency records, and a correction or removal request must go to the office that holds the original record.
